We Need a Proper Agreement
A friend and I are starting a small business project together. We agreed on most things, but when we tried writing the contract ourselves, we started disagreeing about the wording. Neither of us wants to sign something we do not fully understand. I have been considering whether to pay someone to write legal contracts. Has anyone used professional help for a simple business agreement? What information did you need to provide? I would like to know what the process was like before we decide how to handle our own contract.
